After this visit of some knowledge on the history of Crete, we will travel to the beautiful Loutro in order to enjoy the south Crete. Sfakia-Loutro: Here you can come either by boat from Sfakia or by water taxi. It is a quiet, amphitheatrically built, picturesque fishing village, which is dominated by white and blue, making it reminiscent to a Cycladic island. It takes its name from the baths that have been found in the area of which the ruins still stand today through which water was channeled to Anopolis. Due to the lack of roads, the bath is ideal for those wanting a quiet holiday away from the bustle of the city or the busy touristic centers. The water is crystal clear and has a dark blue and green color.
